I’ve lived in the Nashville area for over 30 years and have been investing in real estate—buying, improving, renting, and selling—since 2018. I also hold the Luxury Homes Certification from the Residential Real Estate Council and draw on my background in data analysis in psychology, with a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University.
